• 4th of March : release of the call for papers
• 30th of March : deadline for the submission of 1 page abstracts. Deadline extended until the 10th of April!!
• 20th of April : final decision on the selected papers
• 15th of June : deadline for the submission of the final papers

Key dates - PARTICIPATION :

4th of March : conference registration open for all participants

1st of May : deadline for the registration for the conference for all paper presenters

15th of May : final deadline for the registration for all conference participants
